I agree NO FOOD OR JELLO SHOTS. This includes snacks, chips,Cookies etc. Nothing outside of the trolley windows, no hanging from rails, all trash must be placed in trash bags, no jumping/dancing/standing on furniture. Failure to obey rules may result in immediate end of trolley ride or a $110 cleaning fee. No smoking on Trolley. Customer is responsible for any damage they cause to the trolley. Customer is responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 consumes alcohol on the vehicle.

Company is not responsible for any injury to customer resulting from failure of customer to obey rules and regulations. Enjoy yourselves responsibly! If there is any simple or partial failure of heat, radio, ac, or cd player which do not affect the safe operation of the vehicle then Rental Company or agents thereof will decide whether to continue service and contract will be considered fulfilled. In the case that an alternate vehicle is provided then the backup vehicle will be equivalent to the rented vehicle if needed air conditioner is not guaranteed available for bar crawling trolleys

We reserve the right to charge a destination fee for the farthest place traveled. If the destination initially provided on the contract changes on the day of the event, additional charges for the new destination will be processed.
